Mr. Scariano is a highly experienced, detail-oriented, and performance-driven professional with extensive experience in facilitating thorough and accurate coverage determination, liability assessment, and damage evaluations. Scott is an expert at investigating claims and inspecting physical property, developing claims operational processes, and coordinating with all stakeholders. He is known for his strong work ethic and exceptional ability to build long-term, productive relationships; resolve complex issues; handle complaints; and win client loyalty. Scott is a highly effective leader who thrives under pressure and is equipped with outstanding organizational, analytical, management, 

and multitasking skills. 

Mr. Scariano has twenty-five years of management and marketing experience both nationally and locally. He is very knowledgeable of all aspects of business. 

Mr. Scariano has seventeen years of experience in commercial property, casualty, and professional claims with experience on medium to large and complicated claims involving restaurants, schools, churches, office buildings, industrial and manufacturing facilities, retail establishments, business personal property and stock, hotels, motels, hospital and medical facilities, shopping centers, apartment complexes, condominiums, and business interruption. 

He has additional experience with dwelling and personal property claims on homeowners, dwelling, and flood 

policies. He is licensed in many states as an adjuster, appraiser, umpire as well as being NFIP certified. 

Joel is a licensed claim professional with extensive experience in insurance claims adjusting and insurance claims management. He is well versed in large loss claims handling many different loss types and exposures, with additional experience managing contractors in multiple trades. He has substantial experience with FEMA in the implementation of the damage assessment of two large Grant Programs (CDBG). 

Joel has twenty-three plus years of experience in multiple-policy claims adjusting and QA/QC reviews. He has expertise in identifying large-loss exposures, coverage investigations, liability investigations, settling claims, managing litigation processes while also handling various types of claims and policies. These policy types include commercial and residential fixed property, contractor liability, general liability, auto liability, commercial auto, flood (NFIP) claims, marine, and recreational vehicle. 

Joel is an articulate communicator with outstanding interpersonal, organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. 

Marc Bachrodt has been an adjuster for 5+ years and specializes in large commercial claim losses. Marc is a licensed adjuster in several states. He is also a registered appraiser and umpire. Marc has extensive experience with large hotels, churches, large apartment/condominiums, industrial centers, and strip mall losses.  He has handled all types of property claims including commercial and residential, wind, hail, 

fire, theft, and CAT claims.  

Marc is a true all-lines adjuster and very capable of handling claims from start to settlement. His time management and claim-loss management skills are superior. His reporting is timely and concise.   Marc has been a contractor for more than 10 years and he understands claims from a contractor’s point of view.  He has also owned several small businesses and understands claims from an insured’s point of view as well.  That combined with his knowledge of the industry makes Marc a well-rounded adjuster who knows how to approach a claim from all angles producing a work product that is second to none.  

Marc was trained at the Veteran Adjusting School, the most intensive adjuster training program in the country. He has handled claims for some of the largest domestic and surplus-lines carriers.  He is level two certified in Xactimate. Marc is a high-energy adjuster and has interpersonal skills capable of handling any situation.
