Step 1

Choose a licensed and well-qualified appraiser to meet with your carrier's appraiser. The LDI publishes a list of active, fully-licensed appraisers online. 

Step 2

Should you choose to hire a PIE appraiser, fill out our short intake form by clicking here.

Step 3

Email a copy of (1) your insurance policy, and (2) your itemized claim estimate to Reception@PropertyInsuranceExperts.com

Step 4

Then, eSign our service agreement. We'll send it to your inbox within 1-3 business days.

Step 5

Create, print, and sign your own 'Appraisal Demand Letter' (samples below).*

Step 6

Hand-deliver or email your signed 'Appraisal Demand Letter' to your desk adjuster and local agent. They'll get it into the right hands.*
